Requirements
- 3–6 years of professional writing experience or equivalent freelance experience
- Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret data and research into clear engaging copy
- Experience with local real estate consumer or SEO content is a plus
- UX copywriting is a plus
- Ability to write within an established voice while keeping content fresh
- Available 16–20 hours per week through the end of the year
Day to day
- Create localized city guide copy that helps renters understand each market and its rental data.
- Research and write highly localized editorial blog posts for top rental markets.
- Interpret charts and rental data accurately and turn findings into clear engaging content.
