Who you are
- 3-5 years of Frontend Development experience
- Proven experience with React and TypeScript
- Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Experience with frontend tests and state management libraries like Redux or Mobx
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
- Knowledge of Git
- Agile development experience
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Desirables
- Experience with Cloudflare products
- Knowledge of Zendesk or Salesforce APIs
- Familiarity with event-based analytics systems
- Design experience
- Exposure to AI technologies
What the job involves
- Build and maintain frontend pages for Cloudflare support products
- Rapidly evolve existing pages while making independent technical decisions
- Work with product and backend teams to offer dynamic information and self-service options to customers
