Who you are

• Has at least 6 years' experience in production web software development.
• Has a primary focus and interest and at least 4 years' experience in frontend development on a public facing, in production application in React.
• Has some AWS backend experience and a willingness to pinch hit if needed.
• Enjoys being helpful, communicative, considerate, and engaged in consensus building.
• Loves to strategize the right sized solution to the right problems in the right order.
• Is interested in a small team right now and is up for helping it grow in the coming years.
• Enjoys keeping up with where the wind is blowing but is not a bleeding edge early adopter.

• Salesforce experience
• Public-facing applications experience
• Healthcare or biotech industry experience

• Work with product group and front/back-end developers to improve member experience.
• Build new features to navigate members to genomics and follow-up care.
• Continuously improve our processes, practices, and code quality.
