Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably in business administration or finance
- 2+ years of experience in business funding consulting or similar client-facing role
- Familiarity with credit lending or financing processes
- Understanding of a P&L
- Available 40-50 hours per week Monday to Friday during US work hours
- Able to travel up to 4 times per year for one week
- English native or close to native with no strong foreign accent
- Strong ownership integrity perseverance innovation and humility

Day to day
- Own the full client journey for 40-60 clients at a time, guiding them through credit repair, credit optimization, and business funding with partner banks.
- Build accountable, high-trust relationships through clear communication, structured checks, radical candor, and genuine care for each client's results.
- Act as a consulting partner and thought leader who understands finance, credit, and business growth deeply, anticipates obstacles, and helps clients reach funding milestones on time.
