Who you are

  • 10+ years of direct sales or business development experience in QA/Game Development consultative and/or solution sales based environments
  • Knowledge of console/PC/mobile gaming, digital content monetization or e-commerce
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire new customer relationships with a successful track record of achieving/exceeding individual sales targets
  • Experience in successfully closing business deals and selling co-development services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective listening skills
  • Experience in solution selling
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Consultative and collaborative style
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships internally and externally
  • Strong analytical skills

What the job involves

  • Drive new partnerships and/or expand revenue from existing partnerships via upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, product, engineering, and legal teams to assist with cross-selling opportunities for both new and existing partners
  • Lead development of sales pitches and presentations to key external decision-makers and prospects while sharing best practices for successful pitching and deal negotiation strategies
  • Monitor partner engagements and competitor activity, implementing strategies to maintain account ownership and block competitor advancement, while providing financial analyses, long-range forecasting, and analysis studies
  • Build and maintain opportunity pipelines and report on sales progress/velocity in CRM tools
