Requirements
- Exceptional technical proficiency in power products, with a focus on Jenbacher Gas Generators.
- Experience with Cummins Gas Engines, Stage V products, and Battery Energy Storage Systems is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
Day to day
- Deliver expert technical support for Gas Power Generation products.
- Provide comprehensive support for all Aggreko equipment, including Diesel products, Stage V units, and Battery Energy Storage Systems.
- Conduct thorough testing, validation, and documentation of solutions.
- Enhance customer experience by addressing technical inquiries and providing on-site troubleshooting.
- Support the design and delivery of training solutions and assess technical competencies.
- Collaborate with OEMs to develop and refine maintenance and repair processes.
- Accelerate product utilisation and performance.
- Support the development and validation of gas infrastructure and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams for product performance improvements.
- Champion hybridisation and integration of Battery Energy Storage Systems.
- Provide technical solutions and support for on-site project implementation and commissioning.
- Work closely with sales technicians and management to ensure successful project execution.
- Promote new market opportunities by validating applications for non-standard fuels and co-generation projects.
