Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with a state bar
- 12+ years of legal experience including law firm and in-house experience in healthcare healthcare technology SaaS AI or highly regulated technology businesses
- Experience leading and developing legal teams while remaining actively engaged in legal execution
- Demonstrated success advising executive leadership teams on complex legal and business matters
- Strong commercial judgment with practical business focused advice
- Outstanding negotiation communication and relationship building skills
- Strong experience with commercial contracting corporate governance regulatory compliance litigation management and strategic transactions
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast moving high growth environment where priorities evolve quickly

Day to day
- Serve as the company’s chief legal advisor and strategic partner to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
- Develop and execute legal strategy that supports business growth and long term objectives while balancing risk and commercial opportunity.
- Lead and develop a small legal team and personally handle complex commercial contracts healthcare agreements governance compliance and strategic transactions.
