Requirements
- Stand up or substantially build a legal function or operate as a sole near-sole in-house lawyer
- Strong commercial contracting experience with sophisticated enterprise customers
- Experience supporting venture financing rounds and diligence

- Solid grounding in IP including trade secrets invention assignment patent strategy and open source
- Knowledge of export controls data privacy safety and related regulation

Day to day
- Serve as the first in-house legal hire and build the legal function from the ground up.
- Own complex enterprise contracting across compute infrastructure energy and adjacent verticals and negotiate creative deal structures that move business forward.
- Support fundraising governance corporate housekeeping employment matters IP protection and pragmatic compliance across export controls privacy safety and related requirements.
