Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience across law firms and fast-paced in-house roles
- Significant in-house experience managing litigations and other disputes
- Deep healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Experience in a heavily regulated complex industry such as financial services payments or insurance
- Strong generalist problem-solving ability across multiple domains
- Commercial and business-oriented mindset
- JD and membership in at least one U.S. state bar

Day to day
- Own the full legal function for a fast-growing healthcare company
- Develop and execute regulatory and legal strategy to strengthen relationships with payers
- Lead competitive and enforcement matters while turning uncertainty into defensible product strategy
- Build legal frameworks for novel data products operating in complex regulatory areas
- Partner with the CEO and board on strategic decisions tied to legal and regulatory issues
