Who you are
Experience within a Business Development Management role or similar
High proficiency in spoken and written German
Experience in the entire sales life-cycle lead generation pitching proposals negotiation and closing
Experience creating sales leads and finding innovative ways of reaching new brands/partners
Background within growth marketing and/or affiliate marketing
Communication skills including presentation verbal and written
Relationship building skills and the ability to maintain these
Exposure to a target focused environment
What the job involves
Research and identify accounts and establish contact via cold calling email outreach and other means as necessary
Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external leads to build pipelines and client relationships
Partnering with our B2B Marketing teams to develop pitch decks that clearly align the brand value proposition with the prospect's interests and capabilities
Lead and manage negotiations of deal terms taking full ownership of the full sales process
Developing new business and generating sales as an individual contributor with some of the world's most prominent and recognised brands
Learn and understand Student Beans offerings to become a subject matter expert
