- High working proficiency in German speaking, reading, writing, and listening
- Previous experience in a Sales Development Representative role or similar
- Creative mind and approach to prospecting
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Passion for sales and forging relationships with clients at C-Suite, VP, and Director levels
Desirables
- Knowledge of sales tools like Salesforce Outreach Zoominfo
- Experience with a SaaS or tech business
What the job involves
- Own the early stages of the sales funnel, proactively qualifying leads at the highest levels of service
- Work closely with mentors to build skill sets and learn about our business
- Define the best strategy to approach new leads, focusing on target verticals
