Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related field
  • Required CPA
  • 6-8+ years of progressive accounting experience including public accounting and at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Big 4 experience is required
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience in high-growth private equity-backed or rapidly scaling organizations preferred
  • Experience working in a multi-entity environment preferred

Day to day

  • Lead key areas of the monthly quarterly and annual close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Prepare and review complex journal entries account reconciliations supporting schedules and intercompany transactions
  • Perform analytical reviews investigate variances resolve accounting issues and strengthen internal controls across a growing accounting function
