Remote Global Accounts Payable Specialist Job in UK Kyriba

Who you are

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of AP invoices on procure to pay software tool and accounting system
• Match invoices to POs and ensure approval workflows are completed
• Ownership of AP aging report and accuracy of general ledger coding for all transactions
• Act as main contact for AP queries from suppliers and employees
• Review supplier master records for accuracy and completeness
• Supplier reconciliations and analysis
• Oversee month-end process for legal entities
• Maintain aged AP ledger for legal entities
• Assist accounting with audit queries and tax compliance
• Enforce company policies on corporate travel expense reporting and credit cards
• Implement software tools with AP, Purchasing and T&E modules
• Develop and strengthen policies, procedures, and controls
• Participate in other projects as required

Desirables

• Experience with Tipalti and Netsuite
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Administration or Finance
