Remote Global Accounts Payable Specialist Job in Dublin, UK Manpower UK

Who you are

• 2-3 years of account payables experience in a multinational environment
• Detailed knowledge of the end to end Accounts Payable process
• Detail-oriented with organization skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Execution-focused
• Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external partners
• Understanding of internal controls and segregation of duties
• Understanding the synergies between the various finance teams and the AP month end process
• Experience with Oracle or similar
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Administration or Finance

What the job involves

• Develop accounts payables operations for Dropbox globally
• Scale and optimize our processes
• Manage the month end close process
• Ensure Dropbox remains SOX compliant
