- 3+ years in social media and/or community management
- Crypto experience strongly preferred

Day to day
- Own and elevate the brand presence across social and community platforms including X LinkedIn Telegram and Discord
- Build and execute a global content and community strategy that strengthens brand positioning and drives engagement
- Shape the brand voice tone and identity while turning market narratives trends and key moments into compelling content and discussions
- Work closely with marketing product and BD teams to align messaging campaigns and community activity globally
- Monitor performance sentiment and feedback and use insights to continuously improve community experience and brand impact
