Who you are
Master’s Degree OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND extensive experience in compensation, human resources, finance, business, or related field.
Experience with compensation program design.
Experience with project management.
Experience navigating regulatory requirements, including country regulatory reporting requirements.
Experience facilitating and supporting change management initiatives.
Experience developing and maintaining business requirements for compensation tools/processes.
Experience developing collateral materials for different stakeholder personas.
Effective communication skills at all levels.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

What the job involves
You will be instrumental in driving our global approach for key compensation programs, including our approach to pay transparency and compliance strategies.
Responsibilities include gathering and interpreting stakeholder feedback to create actionable recommendations, socialize these recommendations across partners and stakeholders, and monitor feedback.
Implement change management strategies, interact with internal and external advisors, and monitor program effectiveness, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
