Who you are

  • Master’s Degree OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND extensive experience in compensation, human resources, finance, business, or related field.
  • Experience with compensation program design.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Experience navigating regulatory requirements, including country regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Experience facilitating and supporting change management initiatives.
  • Experience developing and maintaining business requirements for compensation tools/processes.
  • Experience developing collateral materials for different stakeholder personas.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

What the job involves

  • You will be instrumental in driving our global approach for key compensation programs, including our approach to pay transparency and compliance strategies.
  • Responsibilities include gathering and interpreting stakeholder feedback to create actionable recommendations, socialize these recommendations across partners and stakeholders, and monitor feedback.
  • Implement change management strategies, interact with internal and external advisors, and monitor program effectiveness, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
