Requirements
- Bachelors degree in MIS Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Understanding of IHC Histology Pathology marketplace or related discipline
- Knowledge of diagnosis repair and maintenance of digital pathology instruments and software
- Ability to discuss network system resources and security requirements with customer IT managers
- Experience installing and upgrading clients servers and peripherals such as firewalls barcode readers and printers

Day to day
- Provide escalated technical support to internal teams and external clients for hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve complex installation maintenance connectivity and repair problems across digital pathology systems.
- Collaborate with R&D product management customer IT teams and sales stakeholders to improve implementation integration and client readiness.
- Respond to security incidents and lead advanced technical troubleshooting on challenging enterprise solutions projects.
