Who you are

  • 5+ years' experience in social media, digital or online marketing in B2B technology
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrable experience in impactful social media programmes supporting brand growth
  • Cultural awareness to adapt social strategies to regional needs
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills in Native English
  • Creative ability to craft engaging content and lead team members
  • Experience applying brand positioning and messaging across channels
  • Organised and excellent at multitasking with global colleagues
  • Ability to lead and mentor agency and internal team members
  • Creative strategic thinker with new ideas
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools like Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social
  • Knowledge of best practices for platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn
  • SEO and keyword search knowledge
  • Proficient in content creation tools Canva, Adobe Illustrator
  • Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint, Teams, and Co-Pilot
  • Experience with Jira and Sharepoint a plus

What the job involves

  • Work closely with marketing team to develop and implement social media strategy to increase online presence, build brand awareness, and drive engagement across platforms
  • Lead development and creation of engaging content and influencer strategies
  • Manage internal and contractor social media professionals and oversee social media accounts
  • Provide crisis management strategy, ensuring negative situations are effectively handled
  • Track and analyze KPIs, generate strategic reports, and maintain compliance with social media policy
