What the job involves

• Partner with internal organizations and across their value chain to support growth globally
• Shape and harmonize approach to establishing client solutions to enhance client-centricity
• Build account plans with revenue targets to develop sales plan and forecast
• Analyze sales reports and resolve performance issues for accurate forecast across territories
• Develop and produce forecast and sales plan reports for tracking and planning
• Establish a framework to guide business in establishing ISA solutions with clients
• Collaborate with ISA sales organization on global bids and tenders
• Translate client requirements into commercial solutions and set achievable deliverables with the delivery team
• Enhance team competencies to support client deliverables and identify further opportunities
• Develop generic and client-specific auditor training with operations, SME's, and training teams to respond to ISA solutions' requirements
