What the job involves

• Support the Country Process Owners in all regions and countries using iCIMS
• Support the continuous improvement of iCIMS
• Create reports and dashboards within iCIMS
• Carry out system and user audits for the iCIMS environment
• Liaise directly with the iCIMS technical and support teams on behalf of Swissport
• Support the implementation of Dayforce and iCIMS in new countries as well as new modules and functionality
• Manage iCIMS and Dayforce-related tickets raised via Halo
• Carry out continuous improvement for Dayforce
• Conduct regression testing for iCIMS and Dayforce prior to upgrades
• Adhere to IT change and incident management processes
• Support the rollout of additional functionality of iCIMS systems including quarterly upgrades/releases
• Support the prioritization and development of system enhancements and breaks/fixes (as part of BAU)
• Monitor the functional testing of new features and patches for the business process application
• Responsible for activities like user account creation and database maintenance (user roles logins data cleansing data purges) for iCIMS system
• Provide direction guidance and training to all country business process owners on user account management
• Responsible for creating and maintaining configuration workbooks
