Engage closely with sales customer experience and partnerships teams to drive the company’s revenue through strategic transactions.
Lead the structuring negotiation and closure of complex SaaS and commercial agreements with a global reach focusing on enterprise customers.
Manage the review and negotiation of inbound vendor agreements for all types of goods and services such as critical infrastructure software and SaaS tools staff augmentation and recruiting services.
Negotiate Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and security terms as part of the commercial transactions process for our customers and vendors.
Provide expert analysis and guidance on privacy cybersecurity and AI-related issues to ensure compliance with international laws and regulations.
Assess global laws and regulations potentially impacting Contentful’s business practices as they relate to customer expectations and contract requirements.
Translate regulations into actionable steps to help ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
