• At least three months international experience
• Fluent in English and at least one other language
• Good communication and social skills
• Flexible team player
• Full, clean, manual UK Drivers License

What the job involves

• Hilti Outperformer is a two-year program, with real responsibility from day one.
• You'll quickly be involved in a range of international projects and closely mentored.
• The program is split into three main stages, starting with an Account Manager role.
• The role includes intense training and learning in finance and accounting functions.
• You'll work on strategic financial projects in different markets.
