Requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD in Finance or related subject
- At least three months international experience
- Fluent in English and at least one other language
- Good communication and social skills
- Flexible team player
- Full, clean, manual UK Drivers License

Day to day
- Hilti Outperformer is a two-year program, with real responsibility from day one.
- You'll quickly be involved in a range of international projects and closely mentored.
- The program is split into three main stages, starting with an Account Manager role.
- The role includes intense training and learning in finance and accounting functions.
- You'll work on strategic financial projects in different markets.
