  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and customer satisfaction targets

  • Strong written verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM and productivity tools such as Salesforce MS Office Zoho or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Knowledge of quality assurance and testing services is a plus

Day to day

  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of managed clients and proactively handle inquiries with a client-first approach
  • Build and support strategic account plans that deepen relationships and drive upsell cross-sell and renewal growth
  • Collaborate across Sales Operations Finance Project and QA teams to deliver seamless service performance and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate CRM records monitor budgets track renewals and produce regular performance and sales reports
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity while contributing ideas to improve client management processes
