Requirements
- Experience in the gaming industry and ideally QA outsourcing
- Professional experience in account management and sales with a strong client-first mindset
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Ability to develop and maintain broad and deep relationships across multiple client levels
- Strong written verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM and productivity tools such as Salesforce MS Office Zoho or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as required
- Knowledge of quality assurance and testing services is a plus

Day to day
- Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of managed clients and proactively handle inquiries with a client-first approach
- Build and support strategic account plans that deepen relationships and drive upsell cross-sell and renewal growth
- Collaborate across Sales Operations Finance Project and QA teams to deliver seamless service performance and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate CRM records monitor budgets track renewals and produce regular performance and sales reports
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity while contributing ideas to improve client management processes
