Requirements
- 3-7 years of progressive payroll experience with multi-country payroll operations and compliance management
- SAP SuccessFactors expertise with payroll systems reporting and data integration experience
- Experience with ECP is a must
- Deep knowledge of State Federal local and international payroll laws tax withholding requirements and reporting obligations
- Proven team leadership and people development experience in a global environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to resolve complex payroll discrepancies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across HR Finance Legal and IT
- Proficiency with payroll systems including ADP SmartCompliance and advanced Excel/reporting capabilities
Nice to have
- Spanish language skills
- Portuguese language skills
- Blue Marble administration familiarity
- Banking platform familiarity
- SAP S/4HANA project familiarity
Day to day
- Lead global payroll operations across 10+ countries for 1,500+ employees, ensuring accurate and timely processing while supporting critical regions as needed.
- Drive the ECP to S/4 migration and Payroll Simplification initiatives by partnering with IT Finance and cross-functional teams to modernize systems and reduce complexity.
- Develop standardized payroll procedures compliance frameworks and team capabilities through mentoring cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives.
