Who you are

• BA, BS or Bachelor's degree in HR-related field
• 8+ years of experience in leading HR operations
• Knowledge of compliance, KPIs, SLA, and OKRs
• Experience in project management and vendor management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

Desirables

• Certified PM or Agile PM is a plus
• Experience in global high-tech industries or e-commerce

• Ensure effective resolution of employee queries and issues
• Manage HR processes and organizational effectiveness strategies
• Utilize technology to enhance processes and maintain knowledge base
• Build relationships with People Team and ensure compliance
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to teams
• Lead continuous improvement activities and drive efficiency
• Manage JIRA ticketing system and monitor team workloads
• Evaluate and implement process evolution proposals
• Develop SOPs, conduct audits, and implement quality assurance measures
• Deliver cross-training programs and mentor team members
• Analyze data, identify trends, and present findings to leadership
• Coordinate with vendors and external contractors for service delivery
