Day to day
- Provide global technical escalation support to field service engineers remote support specialists and service partners across regions.
- Deliver instrument training through onsite sessions online training and service videos while ensuring consistent high-quality service delivery.
- Develop maintain and improve service documentation parts management and cross-functional service initiatives to enhance serviceability and continuous improvement.
