Requirements
- HNC/HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
- Experience in Control Systems and field service support crucial.
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to rapidly absorb and implement new technologies and procedures.
Day to day
- Provide high-level remote and onsite support for Agfa Single Pass Products.
- Collaborate with the Technical Support and R+D Teams to drive process and technical improvements.
- Support the Field Service Team with the implementation of upgrades and conversions.
- Mentor customer and Field Service Engineers both remotely and on-site.
- Assist with the support of installations and developing bespoke solutions as needed.
