Global Specialist Support Engineer (Single Pass)
Job Purpose: To provide high level remote and onsite support for Agfa Single Pass Products.
Job Location: United Kingdom or EMEA. 
Principal Responsibilities:
To technically support customers and Field Service teams both remotely and on-site to ensure issues are resolved promptly or escalated accurately using Inca’s processes.To work with the High-End Specialist Support Manager to resolve technically challenging issues across AGFA High End product range.To collaborate with the Technical Support Team and R+D Team to produce process and technical improvements with supporting documentation.Support the Field Service Team with the implementation of Upgrades and Conversions.Assist Distributors/Service agents and Customers in all regions as and when required by the line management team.To make recommendations to the line manager for service improvements to enable cost savings and efficiencies contributing to the overall commercial performance of the product and Service Department.Provide remote and on-site mentoring to customer and Field Service Engineers.Assist with remote and on-site support of Installations and bespoke solutions required by the business.Assist the High End Specialist Support Manager with the maintenance of case management processes.
Knowledge and Experience:
HNC/HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and equivalent practical experience and tuition.A working knowledge of Controls Systems.Previous experience providing field service support or technical support for a mechanical/electro products.Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to rapidly absorb & implement new technologies and procedures (hardware & software).Passion to provide outstanding service with personal initiative, attention to detail and commitment to quality.
