Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the grain industry with operations software or related technology-enabled facility processes
- Strong working knowledge of grain facility workflows and systems including truck receiving bulk weighers facility controls accounting integrations and grain contracts
- Strong technical aptitude with curiosity for automation and software technology in grain operations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-directed and entrepreneurial with ability to build structure in an early-stage division
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Agribusiness Agricultural Systems Technology or related field preferred
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% in startup phase reducing to 15% as division matures
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and passport or ability to obtain one
- Ability to travel to Canada
- Ability to climb ladders grain legs and tolerate dusty environments
- Ability to lift up to fifty pounds unassisted and perform physical movements throughout the day

Day to day
- Serve as the grain automation and software technical expert for regional account managers, helping scope opportunities and define customer needs.
- Translate grain facility pain points into clear product requirements for the development team and act as the internal voice of the grain customer.
- Represent Grain Solutions at trade shows, association meetings, and beta customer sites while providing feedback loops that shape product strategy and market positioning.
