Who you are

  • Possess intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Have an understanding of grant application and payment processes
  • Possess knowledge of basic accounting and reconciliation work



What the job involves

  • Maintain organized and updated grant files and documentation
  • Check grant recipient info against company policies and communicate discrepancies
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies
  • Prepare and upload payment files for grants suppliers and staff expenses
  • Ensure all documents are appropriately and efficiently filed for audit purposes
  • Participate in financial audits and ensure compliance
  • Support the Finance team in day-to-day financial operations as required
  • Cover for team members during holidays or sickness
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed
