Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
- Experience in creating designs for government agencies or federal clients preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work
- Ability to create visuals that communicate complex data clearly
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a secure environment

- Ability to work independently or within a team to meet tight deadlines
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
What the job involves
- Develop high-quality visual products for internal and external communications
- Translate complex data and concepts into easy-to-understand visual formats
- Work closely with the Director of Executive Operations, sales team, and proposal managers
- Adhere to federal guidelines and client branding standards
- Maintain security requirements
