Requirements

  • Experience as a commercial marketing leader with hands on experience driving digital revenue growth and managing both acquisition strategies and end-to-end campaign delivery
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools as Google Ads Google Analytics META on site analytics and email marketing platforms
  • A strong aptitude in digital marketing across CRM Paid Search Paid Social and SEO
  • Proven experience with digital transformation initiatives
  • Ability to turn insights into actions quickly and effectively delivering measurable results at pace
  • Proven experience as a confident leader with 3 to 5 years’ experience of managing a team
  • A degree BA/MA in Marketing Business or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing role

Day to day

  • Lead and deliver the Group’s digital marketing strategy and website experience, improving the customer journey from first click through to conversion across all Group websites.
  • Work with agency partners and internal stakeholders to keep websites commercially focused, user-centric and aligned with brand standards.
  • Develop and implement the global CRM and loyalty strategy, using customer segmentation and differentiated programmes to strengthen acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor SEO, SEM and website performance, produce monthly analysis, and provide clear data-driven recommendations that drive continuous improvement.
