Who you are

• Proven experience in web marketing with a focus on demand gen and user acquisition.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in building and leading a team of web marketers.
• Expert in Content Management Platforms especially Contentful and/or Webflow.
• Strong knowledge in web strategy and conversion rate optimization.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering legal and marketing.

What the job involves

• Responsible for the Headspace website and ensure it positions our brand effectively.
• Partner with Product/Web Dev and Creative teams to achieve growth targets for B2B and DTC.
• Scale and optimize the SEO program to build a best-in-class experience.
• Lead a team of Web Managers to strategic execution and career development.
• Develop marketing KPIs for SEO Engagement and Acquisition/CRO.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to enhance the web experience and ensure regulatory compliance.
