Who you are

• Comprehensive understanding of crypto custody and wallet management
• Experience with cross-chain liquidity management
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• Experience with SQL and APIs
• 10+ years experience as a product manager or similar role with 3+ years managing teams
• Experience overseeing full lifecycle of product development including frontend and backend
• Experience coordinating large cross-functional teams

What the job involves

• Lead a team of product managers in developing the next generation crypto custody products at Kraken including internal Custody Management solution
• Manage product programs from start to finish leveraging stakeholder and program management skills including custody and cross-chain liquidity management
• Collaborate with a diverse cross-functional team to deliver critical product development programs establish roadmaps and milestones manage risks and resolve challenges
• Establish and manage product launches develop communication forums artifacts reporting formats and tools to support high quality operations
• Become a reliable partner to senior stakeholders and contribute to scaling enterprise productivity
