6+ years experience working on funding related products, including 4+ years experience leading high performing product teams
Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end, client-facing funding solutions (ideally, both fiat funding and crypto)
Adept at qualitative and quantitative analysis, knowing when to favor anecdote over data (and vice versa)
Mastery at stakeholder management and conflict resolution, comfortable interacting with diverse personalities and skills
Macro-to-micro versatility: strategic, big picture mindset coupled with a keen attention to detail and ability to dive deep and understand micro interactions
Outstanding organizational and communication skills and the ability to balance competing/contradictory priorities

What the job involves
Manage a high performing team of Product Managers within Funding, deploying a diverse set of people management techniques to achieve savage levels of accountability while building a culture of openness, collaboration, sticktoitiveness, and career growth
Champion a culture of outcomes (over activity), where we default to proving the value of our work either quantitatively or qualitatively (over an assumption of value)
Evangelize the asymmetric benefits of experimentation, creating an environment bordering on religion where we take calculated risks on two-way door decisions, knowing that we will learn a lot of lessons on what doesn’t work
Create and communicate the overall product strategy, roadmap, and business plan for Funding, ensuring that stakeholders across the company are aligned with the direction and up to date on progress
Build a high trust culture with the Funding Engineering and Design teams, creating a symbiotic relationship where everything we do is positive sum for one another and our clients
Collaborate proactively with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Support, Operations, etc.) to empower our team’s success as well as other departments’ success
Establish goals, metrics, and KPIs so that you can thoroughly understand the performance of our products and team over time
Implement value-added process improvements within and outside the team without letting the process become The Thing
