Day to day
- Own the journey from first contact to signed client, working closely with the Managing Director
- Coordinate content production, social media activity and campaign scheduling to build profile and generate opportunities
- Manage CRM pipelines, follow up prospects, support onboarding and help improve the client acquisition process
