Talentpluto builds AI career agents that help people navigate their careers.

Our agent, Pluto, has real conversations with people to understand their experience, goals, strengths, constraints, and what they want next. Pluto uses that context to help people discover relevant opportunities, explore them discreetly, and get represented beyond a resume.

Today, Pluto connects top talent with high-growth startups. For companies, that means warm introductions to candidates who have already been vetted, matched to the role, and confirmed as interested.

Backed by Y Combinator, Talentpluto has worked with 100+ companies, from fast-growing startups to unicorns and decacorns. More than 15,000 people have completed conversations with Pluto.
