What the job involves

• Work with the team to execute and support in developing marketing strategies and plans for our clients
• Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels such as content referral email social media offline marketing and more
• Write copy and generate ads and marketing materials as needed
• Design creatives using tools such as Canva and CapCut to create static and video content
• Analyse campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
• Support on creation of weekly monthly and quarterly reports for our clients
• Ensure that marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
• Develop and manage project timelines and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that deliver results
• Conduct market research to gather insights into industry trends consumer behaviour and competitor activity
• Use this information to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
• Support with customer research and developing client personas
• Develop buyer personas that capture key demographics pain points and motivators for different customer segments
• Maintain good client relationships join client calls and communications ensuring a high level of service and strong working relationships
