Day to day

  • Design and run a continuous portfolio of growth experiments across acquisition activation and referral channels
  • Build a disciplined test-and-learn framework with clear hypotheses defined metrics and strong post-mortems
  • Cultivate a visible Bay Area presence by attending events building relationships and creating community touchpoints that generate warm introductions and pipeline
  • Use AI to accelerate research outreach personalization content creation and workflow automation while feeding market intelligence back to the GTM team
  • Collaborate closely with product and sales to uncover growth loops and turn insights into repeatable institutional knowledge
