Requirements
- 5+ years of ecommerce growth marketing experience scaling DTC businesses
- Experience building holistic growth strategies across paid acquisition email SMS and CRO
- Managed advertising budgets over $100000 per month across Meta Google Ads and/or TikTok
- Strong email and SMS strategy expertise including lifecycle and retention optimization
- At least 2 years leading teams or cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Expertise with Shopify Meta Ads Manager Google Analytics Klaviyo and Google Ads
- Advanced analytical skills to synthesize data into strategic recommendations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High emotional intelligence with ability to build trust and manage difficult conversations

Day to day
- Serve as the strategic quarterback for a pod of specialized marketers and the CMO-level partner to clients
- Own the full growth vision and execution across an assigned ecommerce client portfolio, balancing strategy with hands-on delivery
- Lead weekly strategy sessions, analyze performance data, and guide cross-functional teams to remove growth obstacles and drive revenue
