  • Experience building holistic growth strategies across paid acquisition email SMS and CRO
  • Managed advertising budgets over $100000 per month across Meta Google Ads and/or TikTok
  • Strong email and SMS strategy expertise including lifecycle and retention optimization
  • At least 2 years leading teams or cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Expertise with Shopify Meta Ads Manager Google Analytics Klaviyo and Google Ads
  • Advanced analytical skills to synthesize data into strategic recommendations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence with ability to build trust and manage difficult conversations
