Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in PLG, growth marketing, digital marketing, product led sales or related roles
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar tools
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Develop and execute innovative strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Build a motion for prospects and customers that enables low to zero touch in the acquisition process
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify opportunities and refine product-market fit
