Day to day
- Design and execute strategies to convert new sign-ups into active, engaged users
- Develop seamless and intuitive onboarding experiences within the product to help users get started quickly and effectively
- Create and manage ongoing campaigns aimed at keeping users engaged, from in-app notifications to email marketing, ensuring users stay active and see continuous value
- Implement initiatives to increase user retention, including loyalty programs, feedback loops, and personalized communication strategies
- Analyze user behavior data to identify pain points or drop-off areas, then use insights to enhance user journeys
- Work closely with product, marketing, and customer support teams to align efforts and ensure a cohesive growth strategy
- Continuously test and iterate on growth strategies, using A/B testing, user feedback, and performance metrics to improve outcomes.
