Requirements
- Proven experience in growth and marketing within crypto fintech or DeFi
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to explain complex tokenized asset concepts simply
- Solid understanding of onchain data KPIs and performance analytics to inform strategy
- Comfortable navigating regulatory and compliance considerations including Reg S boundaries geo-fencing and partner eligibility
- Highly organized with strong project management abilities and the capacity to lead multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous fast-moving environments
- Familiarity with blockchain ecosystems tokenized assets or RWA products is essential

Day to day
- Drive partner success and ecosystem expansion across Ondo Global Markets and other products
- Design and execute data-driven joint campaigns that attract and retain users while owning strategy creative direction and analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are compliant on-brand and technically supported across partners and regions
