- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO PPC email and social media
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Clarity
- Data-driven decision making with a creative approach and strong user experience focus
- Excellent project management and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration ability
- Proactive entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and innovation focus
- Experience with Yotpo Octane AI Recharge or Klaviyo is helpful

Day to day
- Own the end-to-end D2C website and app tech stack, steering agencies and partners to accelerate online growth
- Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to increase engagement, conversion, and revenue across the D2C channel
- Optimise the full-funnel customer journey using data, creativity, A/B testing, and new technologies to improve site performance and retention
