- 2–4+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and at least one additional paid channel
- Strong understanding of CAC CPA ROAS LTV and payback periods
- Comfort with attribution experimentation and performance analysis
- Strong creative intuition and interest in performance-driven creative testing
- High ownership mentality in a fast-moving founder-led environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills

Day to day
- Own paid acquisition and growth for a mobile app across multiple paid channels
- Translate growth goals into channel strategies creative testing roadmaps and execution plans
- Partner with creative product and lifecycle teams to improve acquisition efficiency activation retention and revenue
- Manage budgets bids audiences and creatives while running experiments and documenting learnings
