Role


Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience
  • Experience with paid social advertising across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram (Meta), TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and LinkedIn Ads (Amazon ad experience is a plus)
  • Strong background in e-commerce and social commerce, particularly in utilizing platforms like TikTok and Meta to generate product discovery, user engagement, and conversions
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing campaigns within TikTok and Meta Shops, including product integrations and shoppable ads
  • Proficient in data analysis techniques, including data visualization, attribution modeling, and predictive analytics. Excel and PowerPoint experience are a must
  • Growth marketing often intersects with other departments such as sales, product development, reputation management, creative and influencer. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams
  • Successful team members are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines. Experience with project management tools like Asana is a plus
  • Experience in conducting A/B tests across various digital channels to optimize campaign performance and user experience is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to create engaging, high-quality content for various digital platforms, including social media. Experience in crafting visually appealing and compelling copy, video, and graphic content aligned with brand voice and audience preferences

What the job involves

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok
  • Develop targeting strategies, manage ad creatives, and budget allocations to drive performance and achieve campaign objectives
  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive TikTok and Meta Shop (Amazon) strategies, leveraging the platforms’ social commerce capabilities to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales
