• Proficient in data analysis techniques, including data visualization, attribution modeling, predictive analytics
• Excel and PowerPoint experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
• Adept at managing multiple projects, setting priorities, meeting deadlines
• Experience with project management tools like Asana is a plus
• Experience in conducting A/B tests across various digital channels
• Proven ability to create engaging content for digital platforms including social media
