    What the job involves

    • Develop and implement growth marketing strategies focused on user acquisition retention and revenue generation
    • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through market research customer insights and competitive analysis
    • Plan execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms (e.g. paid search programmatic affiliate)
    • Use A/B testing and experimentation to improve conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness
    • Analyze key performance metrics to assess the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives
    • Utilize data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts for maximum ROI
    • Collaborate with data teams to build and refine customer segmentation models
    • Work closely with product engineering and sales teams to align marketing strategies with product launches and sales goals
    • Implement growth techniques to identify unconventional opportunities for rapid growth
    • Stay updated with industry trends tools and techniques to continuously innovate and experiment
    • Enhance the customer experience by identifying friction points in the customer journey and proposing solutions to improve retention and loyalty
    • Develop personalized marketing strategies to engage users at different stages of the funnel
    • Manage the marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact
    • Monitor spending and adjust strategies based on performance and business needs
    • Other duties and responsibilities as needed
