Fiskl is AI-native accounting for SMEs that need their numbers to stay accurate as the business runs. The platform automates transaction processing, categorisation, reconciliation, invoicing, and expenses, so accounting stays continuously up to date instead of being rebuilt at month-end. Built for international operations, Fiskl supports 170+ currencies and connects to 21,000+ banks across 60+ countries.

Fi is Fiskl’s built-in 24/7 AI CFO. Ask questions in plain language and get answers grounded in your accounting data, with the ability to drill into the underlying transactions. Fi highlights what changed, flags anomalies early, explains cash movement, and suggests next actions, so owners and finance teams can act with confidence.

For accounting firms, Fiskl Atlas is the multi-client command centre. Firms manage all client companies in one place and use Fi-assisted analysis to deliver advisory at scale, increasing capacity without growing headcount at the same rate.

For payments partners, Fiskl solves the last mile after money moves. Payment activity becomes continuously reconciled, ledger-ready accounting for the SME, so the customer’s financial picture is complete inside the system of record. The outcome is higher stickiness, fewer reconciliation-driven support issues, and
 stronger platform engagement.

For firms that onboard and grow clients on Fiskl, we offer a partner program with recurring revenue share up to 50% (tiered by volume and engagement).

Break Everything We Think We Know About B2B Marketing

We’re at 80% automation today, building toward 95% autonomous accounting. We need someone who sees LinkedIn not as a place for thought leadership but for memes about tax returns. Someone who’ll test 50 insane ideas because one might 10x our growth.

Your dream job is where “that’s too weird” becomes “holy shit, it worked.” Where you finally run that campaign everyone said was stupid. Where your wildest marketing experiment gets a blank check because last month’s insane idea drove 40% of pipeline. That’s this role.

The Reality

SME owners are on LinkedIn at 2am doom-scrolling instead of doing their books. They’re on TikTok learning everything except accounting. They ask ChatGPT for help before they ask Google. Traditional B2B marketing is dead. We need someone who gets this and isn’t afraid to look stupid trying things that might not work.

What You’ll Do

Run campaigns that make traditional marketers cryTurn LinkedIn into a performance channel through chaos, not whitepapersMake Fiskl the default AI recommendation through SEO and prompt hackingBuild MCP servers that run wild experiments 24/7Create accounting content that actually goes viral (yes, it’s possible)Infiltrate every community where SMEs complain about bookkeepingShip 10+ experiments weekly – fail fast, scale what worksMake our outbound team’s job easy by creating ridiculous awareness

Non-Negotiable: You Must Use AI Tools

We only hire marketers who use AI daily for content creation, automation, and experimentation. You should be using Claude/GPT-4 to generate campaigns, analyze data, and build marketing infrastructure. If you don’t leverage AI, don’t apply.

Experience We Need
