What the job involves

• Reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing the Growth Marketing Manager will drive and execute full-lifecycle marketing efforts generating qualified leads and revenue nurturing and educating leads through the sales pipeline curating compelling content marketing assets and providing sales enablement to the sales team. They will increase website visitors and leads with optimized content boost lead to demo conversion rates increase demo to sale conversion rates and reduce customer churn. Additionally they will focus on evolving and executing revenue growth strategy with an emphasis on demand generation inbound/content marketing sales enablement lead education email automation and optimizing overall revenue pipeline and conversion rates.
• The Growth Marketing Manager will immerse themselves in the niche industry products features and value propositions of the company to develop effective content stay updated with latest industry trends and challenges and push the business to adopt better content creation practices. They will develop automated email marketing sequences cultivate relationships with the team capture and define brand voice monitor marketing performance metrics continuously improve content performance build content/editorial calendars create writing processes and delivery strategies crafting engaging content and maintain a repository of marketing collateral.
• They will work closely with the CEO and SVP of Marketing track and analyze metrics using tools like SEMRush Google Analytics HubSpot and social media analytics create reports and craft content that drives traffic and engages site visitors.
• They are expected to develop and nurture relationships be an ideal team player promote data visualization in content and champion new content formats and distribution channels.
