Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing or Business
4-5 years of marketing experience in a B2B software or SaaS environment
Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to analyze marketing metrics to uncover performance drivers, assess influence on goals, understand actions needed to maximize impact
Strong project management skills
Strong interpersonal skills, build relationships, work cross-functionally
Proficient in sales and marketing tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Wrike, Airtable, Power BI, etc.), marketing automation ideally Pardot

What the job involves
The Growth Marketing Manager drives detailed tactical execution and project management of demand generation and customer marketing programs.
Collaborate with sales enablement, product marketing, sales, pre-sales, business development, customer success, and other functional areas to influence marketing efforts and drive demand for key products.
Develop marketing campaigns from start to finish, research topics, define strategy, write content, execute campaigns, liaising with marketing operations, digital and product marketing when needed.
Ensure timely completion of activities like webinars, emails, and nurture streams.
Manage third-party activities, coordinate with stakeholders to maximize ROI.
Monitor campaign performance, report key metrics, support sales team for marketing-sales alignment, identify opportunities.
Contribute to discussions on execution and measurement of marketing campaigns.
